I was hoping someone could look at the pics and see if this looks like Fiber is being installed. Currently, AT&T only offers a max download speed of 50Mbps in my neighborhood. Since you have AT&T Internet 50 Mbps available you are right in the middle of the AT&T Internet offering. You have FTTN which is Fiber to a local box in your neighborhood (VRAD). From there it is all copper with a max speed of 100 Mbps if close to the VRAD (serving terminal). The nearest known ATT Fiber customer is around 477 feet from my house..
